The HTP Searies Touch Safe heater is designed to maintain minimum operating temperatures inside of enclosures, or to prevent condensation on electronic equipment. This will protect components from failure and damage caused by low temperatures and humidity. The heating element consists of a self-regulating PTC resistor to prevent overheating.
